i cant concentrate anymore so ive decided not to force myself to study. ahaha.
constipation is one of the reasons why i cant concentrate. its so worrying cos it've been 5 days. FIVE DAYS imagine all the food i ate are still stuck in my tummy. im going to get some pills if this lasts for more than 7 days. omg.
